At VisioCreations, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.
CLAIMS FOR MISPRINTED, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
RETURNS FOR OTHER REASONS
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Not satisfied with your VisioCreations product? You can return it within 30 days for a full product refund (excluding shipping costs). Please follow these steps:

Important: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURN POLICY CONDITIONS
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and must have original packaging intact.
Items returned without intact packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for products of equal value.
A shipping and handling fee will apply to exchanges and must be covered by the customer.
MISSING ITEM IN YOUR ORDER?
If an item is missing from your package, please submit a claim within 14 days of delivery.
HASSLE-FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
Sale merchandise can also be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must meet the return policy conditions listed above.
Upon receipt of returned goods, VisioCreations reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless a shipping error was made by VisioCreations.
